About the RoleAs a Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the counselling process, understanding their learning needs, and providing suitable course recommendations.The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English, with the ability to drive conversions through effective counselling.ResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic and online counselling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses.Track and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments, maintaining detailed records of student interactions in the CRM system.Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.Cordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding processes, meeting weekly and monthly counselling and conversion targets.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory: Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and address student queries with empathy.Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets, with good understanding of the Ed-Tech domain (preferred).Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.Preferred BackgroundExperience in Ed-Tech, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Educational Counselling, with candidates having a proven track record of achieving sales/counselling targets.
