Job Title:Atlassian Administrator (with Cloud Experience)Job Type: Full-time, RemoteAbout the Role:This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced Atlassian specialist who can efficiently manage and monitor multiple SaaS applications.The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing configurations to maximize employee experience and work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of Jira, Confluence, and other tools.Key Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting Jira workflows, fields, issue types, permissions, notifications, filters, boards, dashboards, and identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and consolidation.Requirements:Cloud experience mandatoryExpertise on Atlassian Tools such as Jira, Confluence & ServiceDeskRich stakeholder and end-user management experience, including training & supportShould possess migration experience such as JIRA to JIRA, Confluence to JIRA, Gitlab to JIRA/Confluence, Rally to Jira, Zendesk to Jira etc.Experience on key Atlassian plugins such as Portfolio, BigPicture, Zephyr, Tempo, Structure, Auditor, Configuration Manager etc.Tools (JavaScript/JQuery, Groovy, Java, C++); Build-CI (Jenkins/Maven); Jira REST API/Jira SDK/Plugins, ITIL, Helpdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNowBeing able to use applications like Zendesk, ServiceNow / Slack / MS Office/GSuiteCollecting and documenting relevant data related to nature of issuesPossess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with excellent interpersonal skillsHave demonstrated abilities to multi-task, including solid time management skills.What We Offer:As an Atlassian Administrator, you will play an active role in designing the portfolio of applications available for use at our organization.Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, structured problem solver who is passionate about optimizing configurations to maximize employee experience.How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application with your resume and cover letter.
