We're Hiring – Electrical / EV Testing Engineer Experience Required: 3–9 YearsQualification: B.Tech/BE Industry: Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (EV/Hybrid)If you're passionate about Electric / Hybrid Vehicle technology, High Voltage Systems, and Machine Testing, this opportunity is for you Key Responsibilities:Electric Machine Build for EV / Hybrid platformsMachine endurance testing with focus on electrical architectureDVPSOR-based Electrical & Electronics validationHV systems testing (~650V+): motors, converters, batteries, BMS & charging technologyConduct safety-critical tests, homologation assessments & report sign-offsTroubleshoot electrical systems using harness schematicsPerform proto build activities with hands-on testing, instrumentation & diagnosisLead endurance tests (Battery performance, CAN analysis, traction drives)Data acquisition & analysis (IMC experience preferred) What You Bring: Experience in High Voltage EV systems testing (AC/DC) Strong proto-build & shop-floor exposure Hands-on experience in testing, instrumentation, SOP execution & DVPSOR validation Familiarity with ECUs, vehicle displays, safety systems & testing tools Background in Construction Equipment / Off-Highway / Automotive (Bus/Truck) preferred Nice to Have:Knowledge of homologation testingR&D proto shop experienceInstrumentation & endurance field testing exposure Interested candidates can share their CV at swati.shikha@mounttalent.com
