Job DescriptionWe seek an accomplished Data Governance Lead to ensure our organisation’s compliance with data privacy regulations.Conduct thorough risk assessments, data audits, and maintain records of processing activities.Oversee consent management, data subject rights, and incident response from a data protection standpoint.Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:Ensuring compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and internal policies.Reviewing data flows across digital platforms, CRM systems, e-commerce, healthcare systems, and operational applications.Leading training and awareness initiatives for employees and partners.This is a unique opportunity to lead data governance efforts and drive organisational excellence.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:7-15 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, IT governance, or related domains.A strong understanding of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR principles, and data-governance frameworks.Experience with digital, healthcare, CRM, and e-commerce platforms preferred.Certifications such as CIPP/E, DPO Certification, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are advantageous.Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.Please note that we are looking for a dedicated professional who can take charge of data governance and drive business success.
