Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager at CIA-GLOCAL VENTURE LLP in Mumbai. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the contractual agreements and relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners on a daily basis. The role involves ensuring compliance with contract terms, negotiating new contracts, and resolving any contract-related issues.

Qualifications

Contract Management, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
Understanding of planning and billing.
Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and analyzing
Knowledge of legal terms and contract law
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor‘s degree in CIVIL Engineering.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
