Job Title: Indirect Tax ManagerThis is a key leadership role that oversees all aspects of indirect taxation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and optimizing tax positions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in indirect taxation, preferably in a large corporate or consulting firm.Key Responsibilities Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) Manage reconciliation of GST data with financial records and ensure accuracy. Oversee e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GST laws, customs regulations, and other indirect taxes. They should also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification. 8–15 years of experience in indirect taxation. Strong knowledge of GST laws, customs regulations, and other indirect taxes. Experience in handling audits, litigation, and tax planning.Skills & Competencies Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and tax compliance tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
