This includes responding to learner inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls, providing timely and accurate resolutions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (course designers, tech support, instructors, course SPOCs) ensures effective management of program timelines, aligns deliverables, and identifies areas for process improvement. This involves serving as a liaison between learners and internal teams, communicating program updates, and addressing learner concerns.Process Improvement: This role identifies opportunities to streamline program delivery, enhance learner satisfaction, and implement best practices for efficiency.Quality Control: Ensuring all learning communications meet quality standards and branding guidelines is essential. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of online programs and university partnerships enables efficient assistance to learners.
