Looking for highly passionate recruiters to join our Non-Tech vertical This comprises charters such as Product, Analytics, Lending, Risk, CEO’s office, Finance, etc. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization. Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for your respective roles
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels such as Linkedin, Naukri, IIM Jobs, etc.
  • End to end ownership of hiring requirements across charters
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and offer negotiations..
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
  • Assist with other TA-related tasks and projects as needed
