Join Physics Wallah (PW) as an Associate – Tender Management and play a key role in driving our Government Partnership initiatives. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender lifecycle — from identifying opportunities on GeM , CPPP , and state e-procurement portals to preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders for timely closures. 🔧 What You’ll Do Monitor and track tenders daily across GeM, CPPP, and state/PSU portals. Identify relevant government tenders matching PW’s offerings. Manage the complete tender process — documentation, pre-bid queries, submission, and follow-ups. Handle EMD, PBG, and BOQ documentation. Maintain and update a centralized tender tracker and performance dashboard. Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial bid preparation. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Graduate in Business, Commerce, Engineering , or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in government tendering and documentation. Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, eProcurement , and PSU portals (NTPC, BHEL, GAIL, etc.). Proficiency in Excel dashboards , pivot tables, and tender tracking tools.
