Developer Skill Requirements:


  • Developer certification, JAVA, Linux, OS understanding
  • Advanced knowledge and certification in the following ServiceNow — Workflow Editing, Report Generation, Performance Analytics, Update Sets, Glide Records and Systems, SQL Database Management, Templates, Webservices API (REST & SOAP), MID server, etc. +10 years
  • Advanced knowledge (+10 years) of programming languages including JavaScript, HTML5, Java, C++, and PHP. Knowledge of software systems and frameworks including AnglularJS, Cit, GitHub, and .NET. (+10 years)
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Release, Knowledge, etc.
  • 15 + years' experience with IT IL framework
  • 15 + years' experience with object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
  • Certified System developer (CSA)
  • ITIL v4 certified

Administrator Skill Requirements:

  • Experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalogue, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Release, Knowledge, etc.
  • 5 + years strong understanding of ITSM processes based on ITIL.
  • 5+ years of problem solving and project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge and certification in the following ServiceNow areas such as Workflow Editing, Report Generation, Performance Analytics, Update Sets, Glide Records and Systems, SQL Database Management, Templates, Webservices API (REST & SOAP), MID server etc. > 5 years
  • Analytical capability with experience in translating complex information to simple business rules - more than 5 years' experience.
  • Certified System Admin (CSA)
  • ServiceNow certification
  • ITIL v4 certified
  • Cobit 20000 training and plans of certification
