Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet our business needs. Your expertise will help enhance our ServiceNow platform and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Customize ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
