Our ideal candidate:Is an ex-clinical or current clinical person ; nursing (ANM, GNM), etc. allied degrees1-3 years of experienceHighly empathetic, and enjoys working with people, especially senior citizensIs patient, caring and helpfulHigh integrity, trustworthy and reliableTakes pride in the jobBig plus if they have been in a similar role of support and assistance beforeThe job entails being an extended family member for NRIs in UK and their families (senior parents / relatives) in India.Support to parents:Assisting them with scheduling doctor's appointments / lab tests, etc. as neededHelping fulfill prescriptionsKeeping their medical reports updatedChecking in on them through home visits 2 to 4 times per monthAny additional supportive health-related assistance required by parentsAccompanying parent to doctors appointments, assisting with navigating the hospital, etc.Support to NRIs:Keep the children up to date on their parent's health statusHandle the application (keep the parent's profile updated)Keep communication flowingImportant:Someone in this role will be highly empathetic, kind, caring and patient towards both the parent and the NRI.
