You will work closely with sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure accurate information flows across the funnel and to identify small operational tweaks that drive measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain CRM systems HubSpot, including workflows, automations, data hygiene, and system integration.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track pipeline metrics, sales performance, and GTM activities.Assist in the design and execution of sales incentive plans.Assist in data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or anomalies in sales and marketing processes.Support CPQ tool operations (Dealhub preferred) and related processes.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth data flow and process adherence.Assist in documentation of processes, dashboards, and operational guides.
