Skills Required : Google Sheets (Proficient), CRM Sheets , Inventory Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel , SQL


Qualifications and Skills :

● Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or

related field preferred.

● Experience with high-level CRM software preferred.

● Proficient with Google sheets and Microsoft Office Suite/related software.

● Prior experience in a similar role, preferably working with data analysis, reporting, sales inventory management and management information systems.

● Proficiency in database management, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis software is essential.

● Coordinate and oversee all office activities

● Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilise internal resources

● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

● Maintaining internal databases

● Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs

● Create and present reports for senior managers

● Weekly Field Activities Included for Inventory distribution

● Responsibility to handle the data, generating reports on the basis of demand, and providing actionable insights to facilitate. decision-making at various levels within the organization.

● Data Management, Collect, organize, and maintain accurate and up-to-date data from other departments.

● Having a good hand in advanced Excel formulas and Google sheets.

● Can handle large volumes of data using statistical techniques, data mining, and visualization tools to identify trends.

● Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
