We are looking for Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for, liaising with auditors, & preparing the monthly MIS. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with defined timelines.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP / Ind AS and IFRS (wherever required)
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records for inter-company transactions.
  • Resolve, in collaboration with business operations, discrepancies and related inquiries & provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.
  • Work closely with financial reporting (GL) / AR / AP team for a smooth and timely closure of books at month-end
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls / procedures / best practices and process improvement. Design and implement effective policies, procedures and controls including SLA, Intercompany processes etc.
  • Leverage ERP capabilities and improve efficiency through automation & Business excellence.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.
  • Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Prepare and Control Selling and General admin expenses schedule and look for driving efficiencies through cost optimization


Requirements:


  1. Chartered Accountant is essential.
  2. Around 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting, Auditing, or related field
  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  7. Knowledge of GAAP, Ind AS and IFRS (wherever required)
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
