Blending design thinking with life strategy, DYL is a global movement helping people build meaningful lives. As we scale in India, we’re looking for a Growth & Impact Associate to join our team. About the Role: This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who combines strategic thinking with executional rigour . All the responsibilities we will trust you with: - Drive growth opportunities: identify opportunities, shape partnerships, open doors and scale DYL’s reach. - Grow the DYL brand : work on GTM strategy, messaging and execution across channels. - Build our ecosystem : nurture communities, connect with stakeholders and amplify DYL’s presence. You will directly work under the mentorship of Mr. Navyug Mohnot (Stanford-certified DYL Coach & Educator; CEO of QAI Global; Founder of QGLUE) We are looking for someone who brings: - 3 to 5 years of experience in roles like growth, partnerships, business development or founder’s office. - Communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and represent the brand with credibility. - Genuine excitement about building a brand that creates real impact. - Fresh ideas and ability to think beyond conventional paths About the Company: QGLUE , promoted by QAI (a 30-year-old transnational consulting organization), blends design and innovation-led, human-centered approaches to building impactful experiences.
