We are expanding our client partnerships and seeking a Business Growth Associate  to help drive the agency’s growth, build relationships, and unlock new business opportunities. Role Overview As a Business Growth Associate, you will be at the forefront of acquiring new clients and growing relationships. You’ll identify leads, pitch services, convert opportunities, and collaborate with leadership and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive client success. Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads Pitch creative services such as branding, campaigns, social media, design, and production Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking Research potential clients, industries, and market trends Assist in creating presentations, pitch decks, and proposals Collaborate with internal teams to refine client solutions Maintain lead trackers/CRM and ensure timely follow-ups Support contract negotiation and closing deals Build and nurture long-term client relationships Represent the agency at meetings and industry events Requirements Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 0–2 years of business development or sales experience (agency experience is a plus) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to understand and pitch creative/marketing services Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead tracking Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident in client-facing roles Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Why Join Us Play a key role in driving the agency’s growth strategy Work closely with strategy and creative teams on high-impact projects Exposure to branding, marketing, and design solutions Performance-based incentives and rapid career progression Opportunity to grow into a Senior Business Growth Manager  role based on performance
