The foundation works with diverse partners to strengthen community resilience, promote inclusive growth, and create sustainable opportunities for underprivileged children, youth, and women. APSS Foundation upholds the principles of  transparency, accountability, and collaboration to drive measurable social impact across India. We are seeking a  dynamic and results-driven Fundraiser to join our team at APSS Foundation. The role involves  hands-on experience in corporate fundraising, field fundraising (malls, streets, events) , and  corporate employee engagement activities . The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and representing a social cause with enthusiasm and integrity. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential  corporate and individual donors . Conduct  fundraising activities across malls, streets, and public events. Develop and implement  corporate employee engagement campaigns . Build and sustain  long-term donor and CSR partnerships . Assist in preparing  fundraising proposals, reports, and presentations . Collaborate with internal teams to  achieve organizational fundraising targets . Desired Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate or field fundraising. Strong  communication and presentation skills . Ability to  work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent  interpersonal and negotiation abilities . Passion for  social causes, community development, and empowerment initiatives .
