Lead Generation and E-commerce Paid Media ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned Paid Media Campaign Manager to drive performance across multiple channels for e-commerce and lead generation brands in the US.Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Microsoft Ads.Manage and scale client budgets across multiple accounts, driving consistent Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement.Analyze campaign data daily and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative to maximize performance.The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns, with proven success optimizing toward Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Conversion Rate (CPL), and revenue targets.
