Senior Business Development LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Lead to spearhead the planning and execution of establishing 200 cafeterias across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple coffee shops, business development, and project management.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).15 to 20 years of experience in cafe-based food businesses, franchise setup/operations, or similar roles.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prime locations based on market research, footfall, and revenue potential. They will also oversee design, layout, and setup of cafeterias/kiosks in collaboration with architects, fabricators, and vendors. Additionally, they will negotiate with site owners, mall/shop owners, corporate parks, transit hubs, and prime shopping center area vacant shops for cafeteria/kiosk business establishment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable locations for new cafeterias/kiosks.Negotiate lease agreements with site owners, ensuring favorable terms for the business.Oversee the design and layout of cafeterias/kiosks, guaranteeing an attractive and functional environment for customers.Liaise with government authorities and agencies to secure necessary approvals and permits.Manage procurement of equipment, furniture, signage, POS systems, and raw materials within budget.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cafeterias/kiosk operations, including hygiene, safety, inventory, and service protocols.Hire, train, and onboard kiosk staff to ensure adherence to quality and customer service standards.Collaborate with central kitchen (if applicable) or suppliers to maintain consistent and timely food supply.Implement quality control measures for food safety and customer satisfaction.Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving strategies.Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional activities that drive sales and revenue growth.
