Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Title: Quality Assurance EngineerThis role will focus on ensuring our software applications are high-quality, functional, and user-friendly prior to release.We're looking for an experienced detail-oriented QA Engineer to bridge the gap between technical development and business needs, focusing on Quality Assurance (QA) testing.The successful candidate will analyze and review business requirements and user stories to ensure they are testable and have appropriate coverage within the UAT scope.Design and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.Using a defect tracking tool, identify, document, and track software defects (bugs). Collaborate closely with development teams and project leads to ensure their timely resolution.Perform root cause analysis for defects to prevent recurrence and improve overall software quality.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and retrospectives.Prioritize staying current with platform updates and emerging tools, bringing new solutions to the team.Requirements:Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst2-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum)Proven experience in writing clear, detailed, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scriptsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detailExperience with defect tracking toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders3–5 years of development experience across multiple platforms, with demonstrated ownership of technical solutionsStrong proficiency in platform-specific languages and frameworksDeep understanding of data models, automation tools, and integration patternsExperience working with external systems integrations, APIs, data feeds, CI/CD tools, and web servicesPerks:Health Insurance: ₹30 lakh coverage for employees and their familiesWellness Coverage: Inclusive of elastic and dental benefits for overall well-beingWorkstation Setup: The company provides a complete workstation to ensure an efficient work environmentFlexibility: Work from anywhere policy promoting work-life balance and flexibilityCompetitive Salary: Attractive and industry-aligned compensation package
