DescriptionWe're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and delivery excellence across marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Programs Manager, you will serve as the central hub for integrated marketing programs, ensuring campaigns, events, and other initiatives are aligned, efficient, and delivering measurable business impact.Serve as a key connector across marketing functions, driving alignment, maintaining momentum, and ensuring initiatives advance seamlessly from planning through execution. Provide insights that inform strategic planning, highlighting performance trends, interdependencies, and opportunities to enhance efficiency and impact.This role requires strong writing and communication skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring all marketing efforts meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and execution.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAlignment and Communication: Partner with marketing leadership and functional leads to ensure programs, campaigns, and initiatives align with organizational priorities and audience needs. Provide updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to maintain visibility and inform decision-making.Program Leadership and Execution: Lead planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing programs, ensuring collaboration, timeliness, and adaptability as priorities evolve.Quality, Performance, and Process Optimization: Review and refine marketing assets to ensure message clarity, brand consistency, and visual quality. Collaborate with the Business Insights & Operations (BO&I) team to track KPIs, analyze outcomes, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner across marketing functions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress on high-priority initiatives.Culture and Mentorship: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement by mentoring peers and modeling effective leadership.QualificationsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.15+ years of progressive marketing experience with significant exposure to program management, campaign planning, and cross-functional coordination.Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Proven writing and editing skills, with experience reviewing and refining marketing communications and assets.Strong design sensibility with the ability to evaluate creative materials for clarity, brand consistency, and visual quality.Familiarity with marketing automation, project management, and analytics platforms to drive collaboration and visibility.Experience partnering with senior marketing and business leaders to align programs with organizational goals.Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational plans to marketing outcomes.Soft SkillsHighly organized and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on meaningful business outcomes.Communicates with clarity and purpose, translating complex ideas into actionable plans.Builds strong cross-functional relationships and influences outcomes through collaboration and trust.Combines strategic thinking with execution discipline and a commitment to continuous improvement.Exhibits leadership maturity and the readiness to grow into expanded strategic responsibilities.Brings creativity, agility, and a relentless drive for excellence.Demonstrates our Core Values: Dignity of the Individual, Professionalism, Customer First, Quality Focus, and Good Corporate Citizenship.
