We're looking for a strategic and driven Program Manager to lead our Renewable Energy Due Diligence Program, focused on solar and BESS manufacturers, products, and facilities.This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the program’s vision, drive new service development, and ensure excellence across technical, financial, ESG, and bankability dimensions. You’ll lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle and collaborate with global teams to deliver top-tier services.🧭 What You’ll DoDefine program strategy, KPIs, and governanceLead cross-functional teams to deliver assessments and advisory servicesDrive program growth and continuous improvementOversee NPI cycles and go-to-market strategiesProvide technical guidance and support to clients and sales teamsConduct market analysis and support marketing initiativesEnsure compliance with industry standards and mitigate risks🎓 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Renewable Energy (Master’s preferred)8+ years of experience, with 5+ years in program/product/supply chain/due diligence rolesStrong knowledge of renewable energy assessments across technical, financial, legal, and ESG domainsCertifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Lean are a plusExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skillsFluent in English (Mandarin or other languages a plus)Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and under pressure✈️ Flexibility & TravelHybrid work modelWillingness to travel nationally and internationally🌟 Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of renewable energy.
