  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Insurant Warranty Domain Expert or Practice Lead.
  • This role is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of warranty solutions within the insurance sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warranty management processes, coupled with strong leadership abilities to guide and grow our warranty practice.


Key Responsibilities: Domain Expertise:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) in Insurance warranty management, including product development, underwriting, claims processing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our warranty offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their warranty needs, provide consulting services, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of warranty specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting warranty management in the insurance domain.
  • Use this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and legal departments to ensure seamless integration of warranty solutions and services.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of warranty programs, regularly analyzing data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications: Master Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in insurance warranty management, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and innovation.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.
  • Certification in Insurance and Risk Management, Warranty is a plus. Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership role is highly desirable.
