Role Overview: As a Research Analyst/Senior Research Analyst at Xpressviews, your main job will be to find,

recruit, and onboard top consultants and experts from various industries. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to ensure our clients get the best advice and support.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Recruit Experts: Find and onboard top consultants and experts for different projects.

·      Research: Look for potential experts in various industries using different tools.

·      Evaluate Candidates: Check the experience and suitability of potential experts.

·      Collaborate: Work with teams and stakeholders to understand project needs.

·      Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with experts and consultants.

·      Communicate: Ensure clear communication between experts and clients.

·      Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of the onboarding process.

Skills:

·      Good research and communication skills.

·      Experience in recruitment or a similar field is a plus.

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
