Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled LMS Implementation Expert to join our team. As an LMS Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Performance & Goals. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.Key responsibilities will include:Designing and implementing the LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needsConfiguring and managing various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settingsEnsuring seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee CentralDeveloping and delivering reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce developmentCreating and maintaining configuration documentation, and user guides, and providing training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations teamRequired Skills and QualificationsThe following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central and Performance & GoalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutionsKnowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international contextCreating reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicatorsSecurity protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, especially related to sensitive HR dataData migration strategies and toolsMDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configurationResolving issues and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrationsBenefitsThis role offers a range of benefits, including:Opportunities for career advancement and professional growthCollaborative and dynamic work environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageOthersAdditional information about this role includes:Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other module-specific certificationsIntegration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIsIntegrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP solutions (like SAP ERP HCM) and external systemsExperienced with development practices such as Waterfall, AgileKnowledge of SAP IAS ConfigurationExperience with SAP Joule
