Reports To: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: Remote Work Hours: US Central Time About the Role Were growing fast and we need an experienced Implementation Manager who knows how to turn signed deals into successful launches. You’ll own the post-sale experience, driving new clients from kickoff to go-live with speed, precision, and clear communication. You’ll manage multiple SaaS implementations at once, learn our product inside-out, perform baseline configurations, and ensure every customer sees value fast. This role combines relationship management, project execution, and process improvement — all with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivery timelines. What You’ll Do - Lead multiple client implementations from Sales handoff through Customer Success transition. - Set clear expectations, manage timelines, and deliver on commitments. - Learn the platform quickly and handle baseline configurations. - Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to execute migrations and integrations. - Identify and share product improvement opportunities with the CTO. - Build repeatable processes that improve speed and consistency. What You Bring - 3–6+ years leading SaaS implementations — ideally in fintech or compliance software. - Proven record delivering projects on time and keeping customers happy. - Strong communicator and fast learner with technical aptitude (APIs, data, integrations). - Organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple clients in motion. - Must work U.S. Central Time (CST).
