THE ROLEProduct Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team islooking for Technical Product Support Engineer to drive and Provide TechnicalSupport for Temenos Suite of products that span across Quantum & Infinity.In this role you are expected to understand theworking of the specific product – application(s) in which expertise needs to bebuilt through training programs including on the job training, classroomtraining and training material available on the knowledge collateral(s).Providetechnical support for Mobile Application built using Kony Fabric and KonyMobile application development platform. Collaborate with Product, Engineering,Customer Success, and other delivery team to resolve & manage customerissues and escalations. Seeking candidates with 4 to 6 years of Mobile or Web development background OPPORTUNITIESUnderstand the details in ticket logged. Validatethe completeness of information provided and if required, collect furtherinformation from client. Use the collected information to analyze the problemthreadbare.When identified as a bug, do comprehensivedocumentation including product analysis of defect, elaborating the root causeand possible resolution for the defect. Provide additional information thatwould help Development team to fix and test the problem effectively.In case of non-defects, educate client withadequate information & procedures on how to handle the scenario/meet therequirement.Act as the technical reference point duringsoftware implementation/upgrades. Provide guidance and support to client ITteams.Develop/Enhance Tools that will help in reducingthe analysis time and boost customer experience. Best tools have fair chance ofgetting integrated to Core product.Available to perform onsite analysis of tickets atclient places. Typically, this would be required during the milestone period ofthe client like Go Live of implementation, branches, and Upgrade. SKILLSBE/BTech candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevantexperience in software development and Support.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solvingskills with Programming & debugging skillsExperience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, RDBMS andWebserversMobile or Web development background is preferredExperience in native mobile OS like iOS, Androidor Windows is preferred.Prior experience in Product/Application support ispreferred.Should be able to deliver 24 X 7 support to our global customer base.
