Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Madurai at NON STOP COURIER AND CARGO PVT LIMITED. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role will involve collaborating with leadership to support the company's strategic objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Experience in a fast-paced logistics or courier industry
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
