The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization as we continue to grow. This position requires a high level of proficiency in Zoho Books and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.Key Responsibilities:· Manage all accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger using Zoho Books.· Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.· Prepare and manage invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.· Conduct regular bank and payment gateway reconciliations.· Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.· Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.· Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.· Create and maintain detailed financial reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.· Collaborate with the management team to assist with budgeting and forecasting.What We’re Looking For (Requirements):· Location: This is a hybrid position.
