Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a key member of our team, you will work on building and maintaining backend applications using Python and associated frameworks. Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security. Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and stability of the codebase. Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design data structures and perform queries. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Debug and resolve software defects, improve application reliability. Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on architectural decisions. Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously enhance your technical skill set.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


3-5 years of experience working as a Python Developer. Proficiency with Python and experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Strong understanding of RESTful API development and familiarity with best practices. Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with asynchronous programming in Python (e.g., asyncio, Celery). Knowledge of version control systems like Git, and experience working in collaborative teams. Experience with containerization using Docker and an understanding of microservices architecture. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deploying backend services. Understanding of unit testing frameworks like PyTest or Unittest, and experience in writing tests. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automating testing, integration, and deployment processes. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and solve performance bottlenecks in applications. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical team members.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis) for event-driven architectures. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React) for basic integration and collaboration with front-end teams. Knowledge of DevOps tools and automation. Exposure to serverless architectures and using AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions. Experience with caching solutions like Redis or Memcached. Contributions to open-source projects or strong GitHub/portfolio presence. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
