As an early team member, you'll have significant influence on our architecture, engineering practices, and company culture.What You'll DoDesign and build our AI agent orchestration systemDevelop reliable, scalable infrastructure on AWSCreate responsive, intuitive interfaces using Next.jsImplement containerization strategies for software deploymentCollaborate on our AI agent framework and capabilitiesHelp establish engineering best practices and technical directionWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience with Next.js and modern React developmentDeep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architectureExperience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Background in building reliable, production systemsUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts and LLM integrationAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmentRequirements2+ years of professional software engineering experienceDemonstrated experience with our core tech stackStrong infrastructure and reliability engineering backgroundExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsComfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirementsLocationThis position is based in Bangalore, IndiaWe're building something ambitious that will change how software is created and used.
