Product AnalystThe successful candidate will serve as the analytical backbone of our organization, responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform and drive our product strategy. They will play a crucial role in understanding user behavior, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring our development efforts are always data-informed and impactful.Key Responsibilities:Product Analytics Mastery: Take ownership of the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle for all features, user behavior patterns, and critical metrics within our mobile application.Strategic Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, designers, program teams, and other cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and make informed decisions.Experimentation & A/B Testing Expertise: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new features or changes.Data Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow between sources, the data warehouse, and analytics tools.Actionable Insights & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, insightful reports, and compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels.Required Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional Technical Skills:• Advanced SQL and BigQuery Proficiency• Strong Data Manipulation & Analysis: Proven ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail, uncovering meaningful patterns and insights.Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate degree in data science or quantitative disciplines such as computer science, operational research, economics, business analytics, statistics, quantitative financeRelevant Experience: 2-4 years of dedicated experience in product analytics, data analysis, or similar quantitative roles, with preference for experience gained within the mobile or technology industry.Deep Product Mindset: Understanding of the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, coupled with a strong user-centric thinking approach to problem-solving.
