If you have a passion for turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from youAbout the Role:Identify, extract, and analyze daily business data to inform trend and pattern analysis.Develop reports and present findings, breaking down complex issues into manageable tasks.Build a data-driven ecosystem by creating platforms to access, interpret, and utilize data in driving day-to-day decisions.Leverage process improvement opportunities, design experiments, test hypotheses, build models, and scale successful initiatives.Align with business teams around strategies, key objectives, and success metrics, maintaining clear communication and timely completion.Provide recommendations based on data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items.Develop prescriptive/predictive models to determine the impact of business decisions on customers and the subsequent impact on the business.Requirements:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a comparable field.Demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and Python programming languages.Experience in statistical modeling to solve complex problems is highly desirable.Prior experience in designing and executing analytical projects.Aptitude for solving unstructured problems and detail-oriented approach.Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment.Strong oral, written, and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explain complex solutions.Why Choose Us?We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
