The role involves working with marketing tools, workflows, and SOPs to ensure campaigns are built, tested, and delivered on time with the highest quality. You will also be expected to adapt quickly to new features, tools, and processes while maintaining strong attention to detail and operational discipline. This is a fast-paced, process-driven role with measurable impact on customer-facing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & DeliveryBuild and execute campaigns for Amazon Prime Video in line with SOPs and workflows.Deliver campaigns on time, meeting productivity, SLA, and quality standards.Update workflow tools and trackers daily to ensure transparent progress tracking.Proactively alert managers/SMEs to potential risks, delays, or quality concerns.Quality & Process ExcellenceResolve customer-facing trouble tickets with 100% SLA adherence and quality compliance.Ensure all tasks follow SOP guidelines and escalate SOP errors to SMEs for correction.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing automation ideas and Kaizens (minimum 1 Kaizen or 4 JDIs per year).Engage in deep dives and provide root cause analysis inputs for process improvements.Adaptability & CollaborationStay updated with new tools, features, and process changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns meet brand and business objectives.Be flexible to work rotational shifts as per business requirements.Job Requirements / Mandatory SkillsOperational Excellence: Proven ability to follow processes, meet SLAs, and manage multiple tasks.Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail with experience in error detection and quality assurance.Process Mindset: Ability to spot process gaps and suggest improvements or automation ideas.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with workflow/marketing tools, trackers, and campaign-building platforms.Problem Solving: Analytical approach to resolving issues and contributing to root cause analysis.Communication: Clear written and verbal communication for effective collaboration and reporting.Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts as required.About WinnerBrandsAt WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing and operations minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing, and co-learning with smart peers.
