Job Title: UK Accounting AssociateLocation: AhmedabadTimings: UK Shift (1 pm IST to 10 pm IST)Job Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 1-4 yearsJob Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UK Accounting Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK accounting practices and a passion for providing top-notch financial services.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS.- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.- Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and provide tax advisory services.- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.- Liaise with clients to address and resolve accounting and financial issues.- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.- 1-4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within the UK.- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
