We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team, candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) data to provide insights into business performance. # Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales teams for the submission of various SAP reports and entries. # Conduct debtors reports to monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts. # Coordinate with banking institutions for financial transactions and inquiries. # Utilize sound knowledge of accounting systems or ERP to maintain accurate financial records. # Demonstrate proficiency in GST compliance and bookkeeping principles. # Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. # Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts. Hands-on experience working with SAP software. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
