Job Title: HR Intern
Location: New Delhi
Reports To: Head of Human Resources
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support our Human Resources department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly in recruitment and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, a keen willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Immediate availability is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth interview processes.
- Support the new employee onboarding process, including documentation
- Learn to manage and maintain HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Learn to prepare and maintain HR reports and analytics as required.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Immediate availability to start the internship.

- High sense of ownership and responsibility.
Duration and Training:
This is a 6-month internship, during which the HR Intern will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to develop key HR competencies. We are committed to helping you build foundational skills for a successful HR career.
