The company provides services across various industries, including digital transformation, consulting, and application development.Role: SAP BUSINESS One DeveloperLocation:BenguluruInterview Mode : virtualWork mode : HybridJob type: C2HImmediate Joiner's :15 Day'sExperience:4-12EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSWork with the Technical Support team to help customers and partners to solve issues encountered during the adoption and use of SAP Business One product.Investigate and identify product defects reported by customers and partners and work closely with development teams and product managers to deliver solutions.Investigate and provide solutions to DB corruptions caused by product defects in customers’ databases.Provide generic solutions for common issues customers may have during their daily use of SAP Business One product.Perform root cause analysis and debugging of software defects. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESProficient in relational database and SQL language.Experience with JavaScript and C++. Java knowledge is a plus.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of financial processes and documents, accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP).Fluent in both oral and written English with good communication skills.Can work on multiple tasks, and work under pressure.WORK EXPERIENCEAt least two years’ experience in enterprise/large scale software development, support, or maintenance.
