Job DescriptionFinancial Analysis ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to drive cost efficiency, ensure profitability, and support decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.Prepare product-wise profitability analysis and gross margin reports.Develop monthly cost sheets, standard costing, and inventory valuations (raw material, packing material, semi-finished, and finished goods).Analyze manufacturing costs and compare actual costs with standard costs.Collect and analyze historical cost data for budgeting and forecasting.Key Responsibilities:Costing & AnalysisPrepare detailed financial models to inform business decisions.Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting systems.Conduct thorough analyses of production costs to identify areas for improvement.Financial Reporting & MISManage the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports.Design and implement effective management information systems (MIS) for informed decision-making.Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and external auditors.Audit & CompliancePrepare comprehensive audit reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.Maintain precise records of financial transactions and ensure adherence to industry standards.Provide expert guidance on cost accounting best practices.Required Skills & QualificationsCertified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent qualification.5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven expertise in financial modeling, cost analysis, and reporting.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
