Job Description
• Creating marketing initiatives to attract new clients. • Meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs. And Procuring Insurance Business from Corporate Clients.• Researching all the available policy options for the client.• Negotiating with Insurers to get the best policy at the best price.• Presenting policy details to the clients.• Maintaining the Client's Data and their renewals• Advising clients on risk management initiatives and arranging Risk Inspections for their units.• Coordination between the Insured and the Insurer during any Claim / Mishappening. • Maintaining client relationships.
Job Requirement
Japanese Speaker• Minimum Graduation Required and any Qualification in Insurance shall be Additionally benefited• For Japanese speaking applicants, Basic Experience in Sales or General Insurance Industry is required.• Passion for sales.• Basic knowledge of General insurance products. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Non- Japanese Speaker• Minimum Graduation Required and any Qualification in Insurance shall be Additionally benefited• Minimum 4 to 5 Years Experience in General Insurance Industry• Passion for sales.• In-depth knowledge of General insurance products. • The applicant must communicate effectively in English, and must have good interpersonal skills• Candidate should have knowledge of the local market. • Candidates who have work experience in Japanese Insurance company / General Insurance Company• Candidates who have experience in Medical Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance,Marine, Property Damage(Fire and Burglary) Insurance Ideal• Candidates who have expertise in Property Damage (Fire and Burglary) Insurance preferred. it would be beneficial if he/she also has knowledge of other types of General insurance such as Marine or Medical insurance etc.-
