We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester who will serve as a bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and exploratory testing across all platform channels to ensure seamless customer experiences.Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps for prompt resolution.Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases to guarantee quality.Develop and maintain test cases for new and existing features to stay ahead in the industry.Client Communication & SupportRespond to client-reported issues promptly and professionally to build trust.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns efficiently.Provide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelines to maintain transparency.Escalate critical issues appropriately and keep stakeholders informed to prevent delays.Technical CollaborationWork closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugs for swift resolution.Provide detailed bug reports with logs, screenshots, and contextual information to aid in debugging.Participate in sprint reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment with company goals.Collaborate on root cause analysis for recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.Requirements1-3 years of experience in QA testing or a similar role with a proven track record of success.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to identify complex issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar) to streamline processes.Basic understanding of APIs and how web applications work to make informed decisions.Comfortable reading logs and identifying patterns to troubleshoot issues.Ability to manage multiple issues and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
