Role Overview:The Branding and Communication Specialist will be responsible for managing hospital branding across all touchpoints, including signage, brochures, standees, hoardings, and in-hospital communication materials.This role requires a strong understanding of branding, communication, and visual identity management. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare sector and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to enhance brand visibility and consistency.Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, printers, and vendors for branding deliverables and campaign execution.Support marketing campaigns, health camps, specialty promotions, and large-scale hospital events with branding and communication requirements.Create and review content for brochures, presentations, emailers, posters, and patient education materials.Ensure accurate representation of hospital services, doctors, specialties, and clinical outcomes in all communication.Work closely with PR and Digital Marketing teams to maintain brand alignment across media, social platforms, and public communication.Oversee internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, internal campaigns, employee engagement communication, and announcements.Monitor brand compliance across hospital premises including signage, wayfinding, uniforms, and patient-facing materials.Support crisis communication, patient communication, and reputation management initiatives when required.Track branding budgets, timelines, and campaign effectiveness and provide reports to management.Coordinate branding support for accreditation audits, inspections, and corporate requirements.Requirements:3+ years of experience in Branding & Communication in Healthcare sectorStrong understanding of branding, communication, and visual identity managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneouslyVendor and stakeholder management skillsBasic understanding of healthcare regulations and patient communication sensitivityProficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools is an added advantageHow to Apply:If you are a dynamic and experienced Branding & Communication professional looking to make your mark in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply.
