Position Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Support in the Recruitment Process: 

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates. 
  • Help in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Participate in interviews to observe and learn about candidate evaluation techniques. 

 

Candidate Management: 

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, job requirements, and company culture. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Assist in drafting offer letters and other recruitment-related documents. 

 

Employer Branding: 

  • Support the team in promoting the company’s brand and values through various channels, including social media and job boards. 
  • Help create content for recruitment marketing, such as job postings, social media updates, and recruitment campaigns. 

 

Talent Pipeline Development: 

  • Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates through networking events, career fairs, and online platforms. 
  • Support in maintaining relationships with universities and other talent sources. 

 

Onboarding Support: 

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 
  • Help prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions for new employees. 

 

Administrative Tasks: 

  • Perform general administrative duties related to recruitment, including managing job postings, preparing reports, and updating HR databases. 
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and career fairs. 

 

Learning and Development: 

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop HR and recruitment skills. 
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing/ recent graduate of a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Background in Aerospace Engineering or Physics. 
  • Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
