Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Location: Hyderabad (On Site) Employment Type: 6 Months Internship + Pre Placement Offer Shift Timings: Flexible (Standard business hours) What You'll Do: Partner with TA specialists and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment for roles in Robotics, AI, Software Engineering, and beyond. Dive into sourcing using LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolios, and other channels to find hidden gems and passive candidates. Craft engaging outreach messages that truly reflect Techolution's innovative spirit and mission. Help coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer. Assist in maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases with precision and care. Participate in recruitment marketing initiatives think social media posts, internship drives, and campus engagement. Learn to screen resumes and portfolios for technical and cultural fit. Contribute to employer branding projects that showcase what makes Techolution a unique place to work. Support TA analytics tracking pipelines, preparing recruitment reports, and identifying process improvements. Stay curious about the latest trends in tech recruitment, candidate engagement, and employer branding. What You Bring (Mandatory): Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A natural connector excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail. A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn TA tools and processes. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Interest in technology, innovation, and understanding what makes tech talent tick. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred): Previous internship or project experience in recruitment, HR, or campus engagement. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit). Basic understanding of tech roles (like those in robotics, AI, or software development).
