You will get to understand the overall job market in India, and gain experience to use tools and systems for various recruitment and placement process

As an INTERN, you will learn directly from our team of experienced recruiters and be part of activities like:

- Screening resumes
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers, and monitor interview process
- aspiration to grow into recruiter role
- interest to specialize in IT recruiting
- good communication skills
- proactive and willing to learn

For this 6 months internship, stipend will be INR 15,000/month plus an attractive incentive plan.
