Lead Data Solutions DirectorWe are seeking a visionary Data Solutions Director to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. This strategic role will oversee the development of regional standards for semantic models, unified data definitions, and Power BI solutions.This position will drive the deployment of GenAI capabilities, ensuring consistent data governance across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semantic model design, unified enterprise data models, and experience with GenAI applications.The successful candidate will possess over 7 years' experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains is essential.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance) is required.Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica, is highly desirable.A strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets is crucial.Key Responsibilities:Establish regional standards for semantic models and unified data definitions.Drive the deployment of GenAI capabilities.Maintain consistent data governance across multiple markets.Requirements:Over 7 years' experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI.Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling.Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-impact data-driven initiatives.Chance to develop and implement cutting-edge GenAI solutions.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
