ServiceNow Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs in ServiceNow. - Define and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules as needed. - Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, architecture best practices, and roadmap planning. - Lead ServiceNow development teams in the delivery of solutions, including custom applications and integrations. - Ensure ServiceNow implementations align with enterprise architecture standards and governance. - Conduct regular design reviews, performance tuning, and optimization. - Create solution blueprints, technical architecture documents, and data models. - Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs). - Stay current with ServiceNow releases and capabilities and assess the impact of new features. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Architect. - Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.). - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub. - Experience with data modeling, CMDB design, and ServiceNow discovery. - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA). - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Experience in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, government). - Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.). - Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators. Position: Full-time Experience Level: 6-8+ Years Education: Any UG/PG Degree Location: Chennai. Only candidates from TN are preferred Joining preference: Immediate, candidates who are already serving notice period Salary offered: As per market standards Timing: Noon shift. Client meetings will go up to 12 AM Currently, all Interview processes will be conducted online. If needed we might conduct the interview on the office premises.
