Technical Leadership RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technical teams.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in project/delivery management, and the ability to design solutions, write or review code when needed.This role requires expertise in owning technical delivery from start to finish, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, cloud-ready technical solutions, collaborating with engineering teams to design architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and implementation strategies.The key responsibilities of this role include:Driving hands-on reviews, prototyping, PoCs, and support with writing code when neededActing as the technical escalation point for engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teamsImplementing and enforcing Agile/Scrum practices that deliver real business value at speedCreating and maintaining detailed project plans, technical documentation, and risk logsWorking closely with clients, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment between business and techThe minimum requirements for this role include:10+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in project/delivery managementStrong technical background — prior experience as a developer, solution architect, or tech lead is essentialMust be able to review code, design systems, and understand full-stack architecture (hands-on skills area huge plus)AWS Cloud Certification (at minimum, AWS Cloud Practitioner; ideally Associate/Professional level)Solid experience with modern stacks (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc.) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and DevOps toolsProficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on use of Jira, ADO, or similar toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities — capable of interfacing with both business and engineering leadersNice to have qualifications include:Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP)Experience with microservices, serverless design, and enterprise-grade integrationExposure to product development environments or startup cultureIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects with engineering autonomy, collaborate with a team of strong developers and PMs who value tech-first leadership, and enjoy performance-based growth with leadership opportunities in a flexible work culture with clear outcomes focus.
