Job description
Requirements:
Candidates with a well-established network and proven experience of 7+ years in business and partnership development within the Events Ticketing industry are preferred.
Knowledge across the domains of Entertainment, Media, Sports, IT, NFT, and Blockchain is preferred.
Business development/partnership experience in the Entertainment, Sports and IT industry.
Knowledge across the NFT/secondary marketplace is preferred.
Goal oriented and strategic mindset with strong documentation and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to wear multiple hats required in a startup.
Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Networking and relationship building
Quick to learn and adapt to the changing scenario
Sense of ownership and accountability
Responsibilities:
Develop business development strategy and establish partnership connections with potential partners in Entertainment, Sports, IT, Media and other relevant verticals for the business.
Design the Web3 business model and negotiate commercial terms.
Drive revenues across Subscriptions, Licensing and other revenue streams including Digital IP's, merchandising etc.
Establish key relationships with artists, event promoters, industry bodies and Rights holders across above mentioned business verticals.
Lead development of partnerships, alliances, and new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to potential partners, negotiating terms, and managing relationships.
Conduct thorough research to identify promising leads and income streams, and build a best-in-class sales pipeline through strategic planning and effective prospecting
Negotiate and execute new deals.
Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing of new business opportunities.
Track metrics to ensure targets are achieved
Prepare business development documents and presentations.
Review and analyze market trends of Events, Ticketing, Web3 and content industry.
Become an expert on our company offerings and identify profitable business opportunities for our ecosystem.
Cooperate with cross functional teams (legal, compliance, finance) in order to complete high-level assignments
Contribute to other business development and strategic initiatives
Employment Type: Full Time (Incentive/ESOP model until confirmed for a permanent role).
